South Of The Border Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken breasts, boiled and shredded from bone
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small can diced green peppers or equivalent
    1 can taco sauce or salsa (6 oz.)
    1 medium onion (she doesn't use)
    1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
Preparation
    Combine all of above except cheese and tortillas.
    Butter casserole dish.
    Tear tortillas in 8ths and layer with chicken mixture and cheese.
    Repeat 3 times.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, 1 hour.
