Lemon Filling(For Meringue) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    1 whole egg
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks and whole egg together until light.
    Add one cup sugar.
    Add 1/4 cup sugar to mixed flour and salt.
    Continue beating until well blended.
    Gradually pour boiling water, stir constantly.
    Add lemon juice.
    Cook in top of double boiler until thick.
    Stir with wooden spoon.
    Add butter and cool.
    Fill shells.
