Joan'S Chicken With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. regular rice
    1 tsp. instant onion flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 whole chicken, cut up
    black pepper
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Stir in rice, onion flakes,
    salt, water and soup.
    Place chicken
    pieces
    on
    top mixture.
    Sprinkle with pepper.
    Bake, uncovered,
    at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
