Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
    dash of cayenne red pepper
    dash of paprika
    1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans
Preparation
    In an 8-inch skillet, cook and stir meat, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and onion is tender.
    Drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients except beans.
    Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cook, uncovered, about 30 minutes.
    Stir in beans (with liquid); heat until bubbly.
