Aunt Clara'S Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can cream-style corn
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
dash of pepper
Preparation

Combine corn and eggs.
Stir in milk, cream and butter.
Add green pepper, pimiento and onion.
Mix well.
Blend in sugar, salt and pepper.
Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Set in a pan of hot water.
Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Yields 5 to 6 servings.
