Chinatown Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 pkg. fried Rice-A-Roni
    1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown pork chops.
    Remove to plate.
    Brown Rice-A-Roni according to package directions.
    Stir in 2 cups hot water, can of mushrooms (undrained) and contents of vegetable sauce envelope from Rice-A-Roni package.
    Place browned chops on top.
    Sprinkle with soy sauce.
    Cover and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
    Serves 4.
