Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. Minute rice
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Lightly grease large baking dish.
    Place pork chops flat in dish.
    Combine all other ingredients and pour over pork chops. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove foil and bake another 5 to 10 minutes or just enough to firm up top. Serves 6.
