6 Minute Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slender carrots
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Slice carrots at an angle, very thin, enough to measure 1 cup. Heat oil in skillet.
    Add carrots and other ingredients; cover and lightly steam for 6 minutes, or until tender, stirring once or twice.
    Makes 2 servings.
    May have to add more water.
