Party Chicken And Shrimp(Yields 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium shrimp
    3 whole large chicken breasts, cut in half
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1/3 c. Port wine
    1/4 c. water
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In skillet, cook onion in butter until tender.
    With slotted spoon, remove onion and set aside for later.
    In drippings over medium heat, cook chicken until browned.
    Into skillet, measure 3 tablespoons of minced parsley.
    Stir in onion, tomato sauce, wine, water, salt, basil and pepper.
    Over high heat, heat to boiling, then reduce to low.
    Add shrimp; cover and simmer 5 minutes or until both are tender.
    Skim off fat.
    Spoon mixture onto warm platter.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    A simple but elegant entree!!
