Texas Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) bag frozen Ore-Ida hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. shredded cheese (American, Velveeta or Cheddar)
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick margarine
2 c. crushed corn flakes
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. diced onions
Preparation

Thaw potatoes on cookie sheet.
Mix all ingredients together, except cornflakes and 2 tablespoons melted margarine.
Put into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
