Mississippi Mud Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) bowl Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 small pkg. chocolate instant pudding
2 c. milk
1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreos, crushed

Preparation

Mix together all but Oreos.
Place 1/2 of crushed Oreos evenly in 13 x 9-inch ungreased pan.
Pour chocolate mix evenly over cookies.
Top with remaining Oreos.
Chill 1hour.
