White Cake Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. water
    4 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. 4x sugar
Preparation
    Mix water, 1 1/2 c. sugar and vinegar in saucepan.
    Boil until mixture spins a thread.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add 4 tablespoons sugar and cooked syrup while beating.
    Add 4 tablespoons 4x sugar.
    Add vanilla and beat until stiff.
