Potato Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium white potatoes
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 green onions and tops, chopped (optional)
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook potatoes (peeling on) until just tender.
    Peel and grate potatoes coarsely.
    Add butter, soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, onions and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
    Mix well.
    Bake in buttered casserole, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Place remaining cheese on top and bake 15 minutes more.
