Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced, peeled and quartered zucchini
    1 medium grated carrot
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 box chicken flavor Stove Top dressing mix (do not prepare, just add dry)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Press into buttered baking dish, keeping dry crumbs close to the top, so that no zucchini is exposed.
    Save a little of the dressing mix to sprinkle on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
