Cavatini(Casserole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    1 medium onion
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasonings
    1 tsp. fennel seed
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 c. elbow macaroni
    1 1/2 to 2 c. trio Italiano *
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    *May substitute 1/2 cup rotini, 1/2 cup shells and 1/2 cup tube-type
    pasta (mostaccioli).
