Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    1/2 stick butter
    1 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and beat for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
    Pour in an unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 35 to 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
