Seashell Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) small seashell macaroni
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 c. grated cheese
    2 cans drained crab meat
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Drain.
    In medium size saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour. Cook 2 minutes (do not brown).
    Add milk, salt and cayenne pepper.
    Cook and stir until mixture thickens. Add cheese, crab meat and lemon juice. Stir until cheese melts.
    Combine sauce with shells.
    Pour into 3-quart casserole. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven 30 minutes.
