Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. steak
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1 small sliced onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 can tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    hot water to cover
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut up steak in small pieces and brown in shortening.
    Set aside.
    Place next 7 ingredients in pan and place meat on top. Cover with hot water.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Put cheese on top and put back into oven for 15 minutes.
