Homemade Ice Cream(Low-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cans skim evaporated milk added to enough whole milk to equal 3 quarts
    6 eggs or 3 pkg. Egg Beaters to equal 6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Freeze in electric freezer according to freezer directions.
