Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. blueberries
2 tsp. sugar (for top)
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs and milk. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.
Stir in blueberries by hand.
Pile mix high in each cup to make 12 large muffins.
Sprinkle sugar on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
