Popeye'S Special Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, sliced
6 Tbsp. flour
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Thaw spinach; drain and squeeze dry. Combine spinach, eggs, cottage cheese, butter, flour and Cheddar cheese in bowl; mix well.
Spoon into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake for 1 hour.
Yields 8 to 10 servings.
