Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean hamburger meat
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and shape into 4 long rolls.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate 24 hours.
    Remove Saran Wrap and lay on a rack in pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    Turn sausage rolls once during baking.
    Wrap in foil.
    Refrigerate or freeze.
