Quick Apple Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
2 1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 tsp. soda
2 1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. oil
1 1/2 c. cooked apples

Preparation

Mix first 8 ingredients.
Dough will be stiff.
Pat in 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Spread apples on dough.
