Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    2 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cooking oil and eggs; beat well.
    Sift together dry ingredients and add to mixture.
    Blend in the milk, pumpkin and pecans.
    Bake in 3 greased and floured layer cake pans.
    Bake 40 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Cool and frost.
