Gooey Butterscoth Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. light brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 large pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Stir in brown sugar.
    Cool.
    Beat in eggs and vanilla.
    Toss in dry ingredients; add nuts.
    Spread in greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.
    Cover with chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30-40 minutes.
