Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. chopped pecans
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 medium bell pepper, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 middle-sized can chopped pineapple, drained

Preparation

Set cream cheese out in mixing bowl to soften an hour or so before mixing.
Add onion, pepper and squeezed dry pineapple. Mix together well by hand.
Have chopped pecans spread out on wax paper.
Separate sour cream mixture into balls.
Roll in pecans until completely coated.
Wrap ball in aluminum foil, store in refrigerator for a day before serving.
Goes with Sociables crackers best.
