Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. yellow squash (about 2 qt.)
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1/3 c. margarine
2/3 c. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 1/2 c. cornbread crumbs
Preparation

Cook squash and onion in small amount of water until tender; drain off water.
Mix 1/3 cup of margarine, sour cream, salt and pepper into squash and onion.
Place in greased casserole.
Cover with topping made with melted margarine and cornbread crumbs. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
