Creamy Cheesy Chicken Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 onion, diced
    2 carrots, shredded
    3 ribs celery, chopped finely
    6 c. water or chicken broth
    12 oz. pkg. frozen cheese tortellini noodles
    4 c. milk
    2 c. half and half
    8 oz. (1 c.) Cheez Whiz
    4 c. diced cooked chicken breast
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts in water until tender.
    Reserve broth. Cool chicken and set aside.
    Melt margarine.
    Add onions, carrots and celery and saute until tender.
    Add water or broth and bring to a boil.
    Add tortellini noodles and cook 12 to 15 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
    Reduce heat. Add milk, half and half, Cheez Whiz and chicken.
    Stir constantly over heat until cheese is melted.
    Simmer on low heat until heated through.
