Low-Fat, Sugar-Free Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    29 oz. can pumpkin
    4 egg whites or Egg Beaters (2 cartons)
    3/4 c. Equal sweetener
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cans (large) light evaporated milk
    2 pie crusts (Pet Ritz vegetable shortening type) or you own prepared crust
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Pour into pie crusts and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Makes 2 pies, 12 servings.
