Hardy Cabbage Casserole Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. medium onion, diced
    1/2 c. bell pepper, diced
    1 small head cabbage, cut into pieces
    2 lb. ground meat
    2 c. raw rice
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 cans water
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground meat in large skillet with first 3 ingredients. Add cabbage to mixture and cook until cabbage is slightly soft. Add rest of ingredients. Put into casserole and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Sprinkle cheese on top and serve.
