Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 large sweet potatoes (yams)
    3/4 c. brown sugar (more or less)
    1/4 to 1/2 c. butter
    granulated sugar (optional)
    pie crust
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes until soft; mash gently with butter.
    Add brown sugar (to your liking); stir.
    Bake pie crust 5 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Take out of oven; pour in sweet potato mixture and bake 10 to 20 minutes longer.
    Sprinkle sugar on top (optional).
