Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 c. converted rice
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. white wine
    1 c. chicken stock or bouillon
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until golden yellow.
    Turn heat off. Add rice to onion-butter mixture until well coated.
    Add cheese, wine, chicken stock and salt.
