Chicken Enchiladas(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. sour cream
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 c. cooked, chopped chicken (no skin)
6 to 8 flour tortillas
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. shredded cheese
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
Preparation

Cook onions, butter and spices until onions are soft.
In separate bowl stir flour and sour cream together.
Add it to onions and chicken broth.
Cook until thickened.
