Spicy Hot Cheese Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Jiffy cornbread muffin
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1/3 c. milk
2/3 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. jalapeno

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and shred cheese. Add 1/4 cup into the mix and 1/4 cup sprinkled on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes in hot oven or until firm in the center.
