Marshmallow Dressing(For Fresh Fruit Salad) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. light Karo syrup
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. hot water
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. mayonnaise
grated rind of 1 orange
Preparation

Combine syrup, sugar and hot water.
Cook until mixture registers 248\u00b0 or forms thread.
Beat egg whites stiff.
Add hot syrup very slowly to egg whites, continuing to beat.
Flavor with vanilla.
When cool, add mayonnaise and orange rind.
(Save a little for topping.)
Serve fruit topped with dressing.
