Coconut Crackers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. coconut (unsweetened)
    2 c. whole wheat flour (can use white flour)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Spray cookie sheet with Pam.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Roll out thin on cookie sheet.
    Prick with fork.
    Cut dough into desired size before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until done. Serve with apricot jam made by chopping dry apricots (unsweetened) into boiling water and cooking until desired texture.
