*Custard Baked In Phyllo Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. milk
1/2 c. farina
1 lb. filo
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 lb. butter, melted (for the filo)
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar, farina and eggs.
Heat milk (use your microwave) and slowly add it to the egg mixture, stirring continuously, until mixture thickens (use low heat).
Add butter and vanilla.
Allow to cool.
Cut your filo into quarters.
Butter, fold and butter. Place about 1 teaspoonful of the farina mixture at one end.
Fold in sides and roll up.
Butter end and seal.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 to 35 minutes until crisp and lightly browned. Pour a little cool syrup over the warm pastry.
Yields approximately 48.
