Homemade Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Mix well with a fork, then knead on floured table top for ten minutes.
Kneading is important.
Roll out thin on floured board and cut into strips, using just enough flour to keep dough from sticking.
Cook in boiling chicken broth or beef broth.
