Sliced Zucchini Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salt
    2 tsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. ground mustard
    4 qt. sliced unpeeled zucchini
    1 qt. onions
Preparation
    Bring vinegar, sugar, salt and spices to a boil; pour over zucchini and onion and let stand 1 hour.
    Bring to a boil; cook for 3 minutes (do not overcook).
    Pack in hot, sterilized jars. Process at 212\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
