Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 red skinned potatoes, cooked the day before
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. flour, sifted
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with skins.
    Next day, mash well with salt, eggs and flour.
    Mix all together.
    Brown bread crumbs with a little margarine in frying pan.
    Put some in middle of potato dumplings, roll in flour and press together.
    Good to form dumplings.
    Bring some water to a boil with a little salt.
    Put wire basket in pan. Drop dumplings in hot water.
    When they rise to top, let them boil 3 minutes.
    Remove.
    Next day, cut dumplings in half and brown in frypan.
    Pour gravy and meat over them.
