Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pulp
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients, then add remaining ingredients.
    Mix in margarine (melted).
    Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
