Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green peppers
    6 colored peppers
    4 onions
    2 qt. boiling water
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. prepared mustard
    1/4 lb. margarine or butter
Preparation
    Grind peppers and onions together; pour boiling water over all.
    Let set 1/2 hour.
    Drain in colander.
    Place in pot and add sugar, flour, vinegar, prepared mustard and margarine or butter. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Place in sterilized jars and seal.
