Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon or 2 c. cooked fish
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    7 or 8 crackers, crushed
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. mayo
Preparation
    Saute celery in a little butter to soften.
    Mix everything together.
    Add a little milk, if it seems stiff.
    Bake in buttered casserole at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, until brown.
