Chick-A-Biddy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut up
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 c. long cooking rice (uncooked)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 soup cans boiling water
Preparation
    Grease a large baking dish.
    Spread rice evenly in bottom and then shake onion soup mix over rice.
    Remove skin from chicken and place chicken on top of rice and onion soup mix.
    Slowly combine boiling water with can of chicken soup and pour over chicken, rice and onion soup mix.
    Cover and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350\u00b0. Uncover for the last 1/2 hour.
