Dandelion And Lettuce Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, rinsed, drained and chilled
    1 pt. dandelion greens, rinsed, drained and chilled
    4 small onions
    1/2 green pepper
    1/3 lb. Swiss cheese
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 tsp. vinegar
    2 medium tomatoes, cut into quarters
    2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut lettuce, greens, onions, green pepper and Swiss cheese into small pieces.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper, tossing lightly.
    Add olive oil and vinegar, toss lightly.
    Gently mix in the tomatoes and eggs or leave on top.
