Lemon Delight Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. orange juice or apricot nectar
    3/4 c. oil
    2 tsp. lemon extract
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Generously grease and lightly flour a 12-cup fluted tube pan.
    In large bowl, blend all ingredients at low speed until moistened.
    Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
    Pour batter into prepared pan.
    Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Prick deeply every inch with long-tined fork.
    Spoon half of glaze over hot cake in pan.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Invert onto serving plate.
    Spoon remaining glaze over cake.
