1 1/2 c. unbleached flour
1/2 c. regular rolled oats
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. mace
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. light molasses
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. raisins
Preparation

In large bowl, stir flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, ginger, mace, soda and cloves.
