Carrot And Raisin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, peeled and shredded
    1 1/2 c. thinly sliced, peeled apples
    1/4 c. dark raisins
    1/2 c. low-fat plain yogurt
    1/3 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. \"Sweet 'N Low\"
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine carrots, apples and raisins in bowl.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Spoon over carrot mixture and toss.
    Refrigerate until chilled.
    Makes 6 servings.
    Counts as 1 vegetable and 1 fruit.
