Cheese Nut Grapes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. cream cheese
2 oz. Roquefort or Blue cheese (room temperature)
cream or evaporated milk (1 Tbsp. at a time)
white grapes
almonds or pecans, chopped and toasted about 10 minutes at 250~
Preparation

Prepare day ahead.
Mix cream cheese and Roquefort or Blue cheese together.
Shape around grapes.
Roll in toasted, chopped almonds or pecans and place on waxed paper.
Refrigerate.
Next day, cut grapes in half.
These are so pretty arranged on a serving dish and, for variety, leave some of the grapes whole.
