Gail'S Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    yellow squash
    onion
    green pepper
    celery (if you want)
    1/2 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 whole egg, beaten
    1 small pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cut up enough vegetables to make a potful.
    Cook and drain. Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix together well and put in baking dish.
    Top with bread crumbs and 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
